Your month with Andi
Nothing to remember, nothing to chase. This is what happens every month once you're set up.
You send me your bank or credit card statements. I reconcile them to the transactions already in QuickBooks Online, so we know the numbers are right.
Every transaction categorized. Anything unclear gets one short text from Andi, not a list of homework.
Every balance sheet account reconciled. The numbers are now in sync.
Profit & loss and balance sheet statements in your inbox, with a call to walk through them if you want one.
Getting started takes three steps

We learn your business
A short call about how money moves through your company, where your books are today, and what's been keeping you up at night.

We set up a system you can trust
Your bank and card accounts sync to QuickBooks Online. If the books are behind, we catch them up first, at a fixed quote.

You get reports you understand
From then on it's the month above, every month. No surprises at tax time.
Great at business. Not so great at bookkeeping? You're in the right place.
You're busy running your business. The books keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list. Maybe you're behind, maybe you aren't sure where your money is going, or maybe you simply don't have the time, or desire, to deal with bookkeeping anymore.
You shouldn't have to wonder whether you're actually making money. I help owner-operated service businesses get their books organized, stay current, and understand what their numbers are telling them.
A good fit
- Owner-operated service businesses
- One year or more in business, first return filed
- Using QuickBooks Online, or willing to move to it
- Tired of doing it yourself at 10pm
Probably not yet
- Pre-revenue or brand new this year
- Need tax preparation only (we'll refer a CPA)
- Want to keep the books in a spreadsheet
Pricing you can work out yourself
No quote dance. The monthly fee is based on how many transactions run through your accounts, plus payroll or accounts payable / receivable if you need them. Most service businesses land between $500 and $900 a month.
- $3 per transaction, averaged over your last three months
- $500 a month minimum
- $150 a month for payroll (up to 5 employees), if needed
- $150 a month for accounts payable / accounts receivable, if needed
- Catch-up and clean-up of past months quoted separately
Work out your monthly price
220 transactions × $3 = $660
