Monthly bookkeeping

$3 per transaction · $500 a month minimum

Every transaction across your bank, credit card and loan accounts is categorized and reconciled each month. You get a profit & loss statement and balance sheet by the 10th, plus a call to walk through them whenever you want one.

• Weekly cash-flow check-ins available if you want them

Payroll

$150 a month · up to 5 employees · if needed

Payroll run and recorded correctly in the books, so wages and payroll taxes land in the right place and your reports reflect what you actually paid people.

Accounts payable & receivable

$150 a month · if needed

Bills entered and tracked so vendors get paid on time, and invoices sent and followed up so customers pay you on time. Both live in QuickBooks, so you always know who owes what.

Catch-up and clean-up

Quoted once we see how far back it goes

Behind a few months, or a few years? We rebuild the books from bank statements, fix miscategorized transactions and reconcile everything before monthly service starts. Quoted as a one-time project once we've seen how far back it goes.

Tax preparation

We don't file returns. We work with several CPAs who do, and we hand them clean, reconciled books so their hours stay low and your return stays accurate.
