A flat monthly fee based on your transaction volume: $3 per transaction averaged over your last three months, with a $500 monthly minimum. Payroll (up to 5 employees) is $150 a month and accounts payable / receivable is $150 a month, each only if you need it. Most service businesses land between $500 and $900. The calculator on the services page gives you a number in ten seconds. Catch-up work is quoted separately.

That's normal, and it's usually why people call. We rebuild past months from your bank statements, fix what was miscategorized, and reconcile everything before monthly service starts. You'll get a fixed quote for the clean-up once we've seen how far back it goes.

Your bank and card accounts sync to QuickBooks Online. Each month every transaction is categorized and each account is reconciled to its statement. From that we produce a profit & loss statement and a balance sheet, and we go through them with you if you want.

By the 10th of each month, for the previous month. If you need something more often, weekly cash-flow check-ins are available.

Your bank and card statements each month. Transactions already flow into QuickBooks from your account feeds; the statements are what Andi reconciles them against, so the numbers are right. Anything else (receipts, loan documents, a new credit card) goes through a secure upload link, not email attachments.

Not the return itself. We work with several CPAs who handle tax preparation, consulting and strategy, and we hand them clean books so their hours stay low. If you already have a CPA, we'll work with them.

Yes. It's the only system we work in, because it's the one we can guarantee is done right. If you're on something else, moving over is part of the setup.

Yes. Most work is remote, but if sitting down together helps you understand your numbers, Andi will come to you anywhere along the Wasatch Front.

We do one full month of your books at no charge. You see the reports and the price. If it's useful, we agree on a monthly fee and keep going. If not, you keep the clean month. Start here.
